There are 2 kinds of complainers:
Good complainers: Who knows how to complain, who to complain and how loud to complain. And they get their complaint answered.
Bad complainers: Who complain to wrong person in wrong words in unacceptably high pitch. And naturally, it fires back.
In short - to complain is an art !!
