House and apartment
If you can afford, raise your kids in house - not in apartment. Psychologically, its more secure and provides self identity. Beside privacy, Jagah bari ho to dimag bhi khule rehte hain
I grew all my life in apartment but now looking back I realize that house is a big psychological factor in upbringing. It just mold the personality different.
Naturally, love and close family comes first but walls where we spend day/night become part of self.

i dont know if it matters whether its a house or apartment. but giving the child a home is the true gift a child deserves.
