I was sorry to see the title of the post, and i request you to change it.
This clip has nothing to do with the country, rather it is about the attitude of ppl and i believe you will find such ppl everywhere.

OK lets, change it but I put it so strong because, it tells how much respect people have for law in that country and 'what a jungle' my country has become.
I was very disturb after this video though it is "very very Very' normal thing on streets of karachi atleast.
Will change now.
