Forgiving ourselves is vital for peace of mind, but clinging to certain regrets can foster growth and learning. Conversely, continually absolving oneself of wrongdoing can lead to narcissism. No?
I am free today and reading all your posts ..its been a while that I visited your blog mystic and leaving lots of comments lol
The last 2/3 years took a lot of turns for me. I was not able to post many of my thoughts. But in the previous two years, I realized I was too harsh to myself for no reason at many points in my life. It's OK to be human and make mistakes. Many guilts and mistakes were just events of life that would have happened anyway.
