A quote on 'War and Peace'

Nowadays when I read news and see the waves of nationalism, so called patriotism, religious-ethnic-cultural intolerance everywhere - I find perplexing similarities with 1930s. Unfortunately, right now it is an unstable world and I get genuinely worried. People think war is a problem. It is indeed. But not taking care of peace is a bigger issue.

“It is not enough to win a war; it is more important to organize the peace.” ― Aristotle

So very meaningful this statement of the Genius. The problems of USA warring have been exactly created by loosing this principle. Bush:41 waged war in Gulf defeated Saddam thoroughly but (purposely) failed to create/organize peace and Bush:43 restarted with a hoax of WMD not to bring peace but to take advantage of the destroyed state which created ISIS.
Each President of USA comes to spend from Defence but nearly always aggression over some weak country or weakened country usually Muslim (and there are a lot of them around for them to choose from) Like just see even Trump threw largest Bomb into Afghanistan who will fight with Trump (to enhance his accomplishments of first 100 days)
