Boss, Bread and Butter
"Why you refused promotion?" "I don't want to be a boss" "Why?" "One thing you may have to do sometime as a boss, is to fire someone. And for me, taking away someone's bread and butter is the worst thing to do".

hehe...mager aap bhool gaye..that it is the very same boss who finds people who are truly worthy of a role..who are hardworking..and the same boss who cuts his own pay and keeps people on instead of firing them.

I agree. It all depends how you see it. Someone has to do it. Also, if someone is not doing his job despite warning - doesn't he deserves to go out and give place to a deserving person?
But this blog is all about - how people view life, events and relationship differently.
