On 'Education'

I had to go to my son's school counselor for his summer classes' guidance. He quoted an interesting statement (which is wrongly attributed to Einstein);

"Education is that which remains if one has forgotten everything he learned in school."

True
Schooling is different from teaching (education) At my age I frequently go back in my memory to see feel school teachers naseehat sounding in my ears
And that reminds me of my Medical school teacher/boss who was principal and we were sitting down for a group photo of my class of new doctors with him. A boy (well-known to me) of junior class passed by with two buttons open in his shirt and the principal called him to tell him this is not the way a doctor should dress and soon you will become a doctor my boy.

I miss that period of my life when teacher was taken not only as a knowledge imparter but as a character builder.
