I read the whole blog note of Karrwa karela and was really impressed . he wrote what I have wanted to right but I do not find such beautiful well articulated sentences to express myself, the middle para which is a generalization is really worth quoting and keeping for it is very well written and is very powerful. So I wrote my appreciation on his blog
I am reading his blog for a while since he was looking for residency and I think, he is a very sensitive human being and so a very true physician.
